PLANET PROJECT
I decided to grade the kids on the effort they have put into this project thus far. Please know I did not realize that it was going to take the kids this long to complete. I have done similar projects before, but between children not bringing their supplies, losing parts of their project, and just flat out not being here it took much longer than anticipated.
I am very sorry for any stress that was caused for the kids and/or the parents. I just wanted to give the kids a fun final project for the year and it didn't turn out the way I had thought it would. Rather than have the kids scramble to slap it together over the weekend, I thought this would be the best solution.
The kids worked really hard up until this point and did such a good job. They really seemed to love doing the project.
